- Phone Number - For SMS and voice contact
- Timezone - To send check-ins at the right time
- Navigator Contact Information - Names and phone numbers of your designated family/friend contacts
- Check-in History - Timestamps and status of your daily check-ins (retained for 90 days)
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Health conditions or medical diagnoses
- Medications or prescriptions
- Medical history
- Insurance or billing information
- GPS location or tracking data
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Send daily check-in messages via voice and SMS
- Notify your designated navigators when you need help
- Provide customer support
Information Sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only with:
- Your Navigators - They receive alerts when you miss a check-in or request help
- Service Providers - SignalWire (for SMS/voice delivery) processes messages on our behalf
We never sell your phone number or personal data.
Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained while service is active
- After cancellation: Personal data deleted within 30 days
- Check-in history: 90-day rolling window
- Consent recordings: Retained for 4 years (compliance requirement)
Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of your data
- Update your information anytime
- Delete your account by contacting support
- Opt out of messages by replying STOP
